As the subject indicates, I believe this is a bug in Outlook 2007. When a
message arrives in my Inbox that I want to be reminded of, I right-click it
and select "Add Reminder...". I set the time, etc, then click OK.
Later on, I might decide I want to move this message to another folder in
Outlook, so I do just that. Keep in mind that the reminder has not fired yet,
but once it does (and after the message has been moved), I try to "snooze"
the reminder. Doing so gives me an error saying the message cannot be found
(since it was moved).
It would seem logical to allow users to move messages with reminders and at
the same time keep the reminder pointed at the new message location.

This has always been the behavior in Outlook. Reminders fire in the default folder only. Move the message and the reminder is 'orphaned."

I think it's a bug too.
Next time you move a message (or if you have some moved ones now), try
opening outlook with the /cleanreminders switch and see if this rebuilds the
reminder pointing at the new message location.
