Hi, I work at a clinic which employs several physiotherapists and massage
therapists. There are any number of appointments occuring at the same time,
and I need to know how to split the Microsoft Office Calendar up into columns
so I can schedule appointments under three different practitioners at once
while keeping them visually seperate.

Please help!

Thanx, Dawnn

What version of Outlook? If you use 2003 or 2007, use separate calendars for
each person.
