I'm not sure what happened to change it, but when I look at my calendar, it
no longer shows the complete time scheduled.  All meetings/appointments,
whether they are 30 min. or 3 hours in length show up only as a 30-minute
block.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Version of Outlook and what view are you using? Have you restarted outlook
recently? Have you reset the view?
