Occasionally in Outlook 2003 when I have a two or three shared calendars open
I won't be able to add or open a calendar event in my calendar but I'm able
to in the shared calendars I have open.

The only way I've found to fix it is restart the PC, closing the other
calendars I have open or closing and opening Outlook has no effect.

Anyone any ideas why this is happening?

How do you create shared calendars?  Do I need an exchange server email
account?  Thanks.
