I know I can right click an appt. from my Outlook calendar from my home
computer, and forward it to my work email (Outlook also).

How can I import the appt. to my Outlook calander once I recieve it through
my work email Outlook account?

Send a Rich Text message and attach the appointment.  You should then be
able to drag the attachment to your calendar on the receiving end.
