If Scott or Sarah do an "Invite Attendees" to each other through the exchange server to date and time become When it is sent not what was in the appintment. If this is done to an internet address it works normal. The sender's calandar has the intended appointment. What happens if someone else sends an invite to Scott or Sarah? If it's the same (in Scott/Sarah's calendars) then try resetting the Calendar view.
