Hello,

I have a user who is an executive admin for her boss. She is in charge of
her bosses calendar as well as her own (of course).  The admin person wants
any event sent to her bosses calendar to be added to her own calendar
automatically and vice versa. Is there a way to do this ?

Using Outlook 2003

Thanks in advance,

Scott

Hy Scott,

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this without third party products
or Microsoft exchange server.
In the past I needed to share my contacts and e-mails with coworkers.
I found a tool called ShareO, from 4Team Corporation. Using it I was
able to share my Outlook data with coworkers. And I think there were
possibility to share it automatically. I was quite satisfied with it.
I believe you can download it from http://www.4team.biz/
You should also google for the Outlook data sharing tools to see other
alternatives. Maybe you will find something better.

I was thinking that a 3rd party vendor may be needed.  Thanks so much for the
reply and I will let me know.

Thanks,

Scott

Hy Scott,

Unfortunately, there is not possibility to share Outlook data between
users not using third party products or Exchange server.
In the recent past I have used ShareO from 4Team Corporation. Using it
I was able to share my Outlook data with my coworkers. It quite easy
to use and it has automatic update feature so I was quite satisfied.
You can download it from http://shareo.4team.biz/?pcode=610190201v4rqia
Or just google Outlook data sharing and look for the tools yourself.
There are lots of them.
