MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / July 20072 Designates for 1 mgr. calendar. Can they both chg the same mtg?
Two designates -- both putting meetings on the same managers calendar with "Editor" access rights. Can they each make changes to the manager's meetings, even if the other designate set it up originally? We are using Outlook 2003. As long as the manager is the Organizer and the delegate who booked it did so "on behalf of" then yes, that should work.
