Ok, we are using Outlook 2003 calendar at 3 locations in the office, but each
calendar is off by an hour.  We have check the daylight savings
box...verified the time zones...how can we fix this problem?  HELP!

is this on new appointments or old creates weeks or months ago?

Hey, thanks for taking your time to respond and try to help.  It is on new
appointments, and old appointments created for the week.  I'm not sure about
appointments created months ago...I can check to see if it effects the old
appointments from a month ago and let you know.

Diane, the months from a month ago are an hour off too.

Sorry, I meant to type the appointments from a month ago are off by an hour
as well.

it really sounds like it's time zone related.  Are they syncing with a PDA
or using a blackberry?

We are syncing with a network connection for 3 computers.

Make sure the DST settings in all WIndows and Outlook Calendars are
specified correctly.
