By date, how far out will appointments display in the to-do bar?  I have
future (more than 30 days) appointments that do not appear in the to-do-bar.
I have not exceeded the number of items to be displayed.  Is there a certain
time frame for appointments to appear in the list?  Also, is there a way to
have all day events show up in the to-do-bar?

at this time, you can't show all day events unless you make them a timed
event - I use 12:01 - 11:59.

Appointment go 4 weeks ahead and that can't be changed AFAIK.
