Hi David
Without more detail (who booked the meetings and in what time zone, what you
did to change time zone, what Outlook version you're running) it's difficult
to say for sure, but it sounds like what you have is normal behaviour.
Outlook stores appointment times in UTC, which is the same as GMT, i.e.
London time but stripped of any daylight saving. So when you create an
appointment, it calculates the UTC start time based on *your time zone at
that moment*. When you view an appointment, it calculates the start time in
your local time from the UTC time it has stored and *your timezone settings
at that moment*. So if the time zone settings are different when you create
the appointment and when you look at the appointment, the appointment will
appear different.
