Hi How do I get days that have planned events to show/be highlighted on the monthly calendar? I am very grateful to all helpful replies, thanks  SignatureRPD Make sure the time for the events is marked as 'busy' time. I now look forward to using Outlook more and hopefully being able to coordinate my calendar events and use and find out more of the features available with Outllook.
