How do I print 3-4 shared calendars as one combined calendar?

Trying to print several shared calendars as one.  I can see all shared
calendars side by side, but cannot figure out how to print them as one
combined calendar

Version of outlook? If 2007, you can use the calendar printing assistant.

I have Outlook 2003 and since my system is on a network I am unable to
download anything without the all powerful administrator permissions :).
