When scheduling meetings with several people on a global
address list, some employees show as "no information" for
scheduling.  One person cannot be scheduled as recent as
Dec. 1 the other as recent as Jan 2004.  What is going on?

A number of factors can cause this.

- If a user is only publishing 1-2 months of data (tools-Options-freebusy
options, publish range)
- If a user has never used their calendar
- If your Exchange topology has multiple public folder server, public folder
replication is required

You should inquire with your IT depart and have them verify the public
folders are replicating correct, this is our number one cause for public
free/busy errors.
