I guess you have a new Dell computer??

If so try this:

Go to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs and remove Cyberlink
Outlookaddinsetup.  It's a Dell thing that annoys Outlook.

Judy,
Thank you for your help but I could not find a program called Cyberlink in
my remove or modify programs list.  I am new to Vista.  You are right I do
have a new dell.  Thanks for your time and availability on this.
