I'm trying to import an excel file into an outlook calendar.  It goes through
the process, but nothing appears on the calendar.  I have two calendars and
double checked that it isn't going onto the other one.

I first exported an appointment from the calendar so I could get the format
then I changed a few things and re-imported-but nothing appeared.  I've tried
Excel workbook and csv and all times it appears blank.  I've tried adding
more appointments, but nothing changes.

Have you named the range?

I've done that also.  I've tried selecting all the boxes with data in and
then naming the entire selecting something and I've also went to each column
header individually to name the range.  I know it has to be something obvious
that I'm doing wrong, but I can't figure it out.

Well I got it figured out.  This was a second calendar that I had been using,
and it appears that the network was acting sketchy at the time-after I
restarted outlook again it seemed to work better.  I did it as a csv and it
it nice to know that I don't have to have the headers in the same order nor
do they all have to be there, only what I designate important.
