Copy Calendar file to another computer running same Outlook

How do I move (copy) my active Outlook calendar from an old computer to my
new one running the same Outlook program (v 2002 SP3)? Not sure of the name
or where to find the calendar file in Windows Explorer or what to copy and
move.  Appreciate help.

The methods used are the same as for backing up and restoring.
