Hi

Is is possible to have an email sent to a designated user when a public
calendar is updated?
Thanks

PJ

Yes.  If you are the owner of the public folder (PF) you can:

- Right click the PF
- Select Properties
- Select the Administration Tab

There is a button that allows you to make RULES on the public
folder. Just poke around in there and you'll see the forward rule.

As an FYI, this is really an EXCHANGE question, you may
want to address the Exchange groups with PF questions in the
future.

This worked perfectly. Thanks for the info.  In the future, I will address
the Exchange groups with PF questions.
Thanks again.
