MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / July 2007When I print in Outlook some appts. do not appear/appear partiall.
When I try to print in Outlook some appointments do not show up or appear partially (e.g., a weeklong meeting is only diplayed on 1 day). I have not set any filters. Please help! there is a bug (or two) with events spanning 2 or more days. One bug is that it doesn't print right when the item covers 2 calendar weeks and I'm not sure if what you are seeing is this bug or a different one. When we try to print calendars where events go past the last day of the week and continue on to the next week it doesn't show on the next week at all. Now the question of course, is WHEN are we going to see a patch for this bug, as this was not a bug in 2003 and earlier. My association uses the print calendars on outlook to generate PDF versions of our calendar off our web calendar, and now we can't do it save from a single machine we leave 2003 installed on!
