I have outlook 2003 using exchange server.

I have 1 user who is unable to open new or existing appointments.  She
can delete them though.

She deletes by by right clicking - Del.  Create or open by by double
click or file - new - appointment.

It is PC specific.

I tried deleting the mail profile and the problem still persists.

What else can I try?

Hi, related to this question is one I have - I use Outlook 2003 and can no
longer open existing or create appointments anymore.  Can anyone help with
this variation of the problem?

Similar problem. Suddenly cannot open "new appointment" window or Accept
"Invitations." Invitations indicate the "appointment is not in the calendar",
so it appears it won't even add to calendar as tentative until I accept.

Recently upgraded from OL10 to Office Pro 2003.
Also, substantial problems synchronizing to OL Mobile with ActiveSync.

All started in the last several days...HELP

I have been using Outlook for over 10 years and am now experiencing the same
problem. The links from Diane Poremsky have not helped. Is there a straight
forward solution? Has bk found a solution?
