Version of outlook? Generally, you either need to send the items as icals or
publish it to html or use a word template
(http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp). If you have outlook
2007 you can easily send the whole calendar as an ical.

I am using outlook 2007. Could someone view and access my calendar from
external without being in the same network using outlook? (as if the external
party is managing my calender?). Will check out icals but i doubt it is what
I am looking for.

With outlook 2007 you have two options - you can send them the ical by email
or publish it to either office online or to a webdav (iis) server you have
control of. Right click on the folder you want to publish and choose send by
email or publish to internet. If the calendar doesn't need updated
frequently you can send it by email - otherwise publishing is better as it
updates hourly. If you publish it to a webdav server you'll need to give the
others permission and block anonymous access.

Hi David,
in addition to Dians posting,
you could have a look also on this sites for additional 3rd party programs
with "live" sharing solutions:
http://www.publicshareware.com/public-share-outlook-description.html
Office Marketplace Outlook messaging tools:

Maybe it helps.
