I would like to know if it would be possible to be able to have symbols to
label some instances in the calendar. I have found that often I need to
attach more than one label to an appointment/meeting. I have also found that
some people get confused with all the different colours and at times can’t
remember what each colour means. Could we for eg have a symbol of a car to
represent travel and perhaps a notebook symbol to represent that there is
more information attached to the entry. The symbols that are available now
such as the symbols for the reminder, the people symbol and the recurring
appointment symbol are easily identifiable. I would find it much easier to
add an entry to my bosses calendar when he needs to travel if I could just
add a symbol of a car instead of having to type ‘travel’ or add the colour
and then have him call out to me asking what the pretty blue colour is for.
The same with having more information attached to an entry, because he never
opens any entries unless I tell him there is more info or I type ‘more info
below’ a little notebook symbol would be so much quicker and more
identifiable.

No, Outlook has no method to interpret image files in the calendar.
