I installed the free trial of Microsoft Calendar and set up Outlook so that
my wife and I could check each other's calendar.  She has Windows XP-Home and
I have Vista Home edition.  First, I had problems because all my appointments
were duplicated but I think I resolved that issue, but then all my
appointments as of mid-June disappeared! Any insight? Thanks.

Did auto-archiving possibly move the appointments to your archive PST file?

Thanks for your suggestion Vince.  I don't think auto-archiving removed those
appointments.  The IT fellow whose services I am using came and, fortunately,
kept a copy of everything in another folder, so he was able to restore my
appointments.  However, he had no explanation why it did this.  Although I am
ignorant about these things, I think the answer lies between one computer
using Vista Home, the other one using XP Home, and a third one using XP Pro.
Then, when you try to synchronize the data and, on top, you add Microsoft
Calendar...:)  Thanks again!
