Customize Outlook Today

Outlook 2000, clicking on Customize Outlook Today does
nothing.  I've run Detect & Repair, still doesn't work.
Any other way to change the look, content and have my
Outlook Today appear at start up?

add the exe to the startup file.

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install
Critical Update 813489 for Internet Explorer:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;820575

To have Outlook Today appear at start up:

Select the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS...
Select the OTHER tab
Click the ADVANCED OPTIONS... button
In the "General Settings" section change the text next to
   "Startup in this folder" to OUTLOOK TODAY
Click OK
Click OK
