My Clock on Outlook keeps going back and forth on it's own from AM to
PM several times through out the day. I keep changing it manually
under "Adjust/Date and Time". I also made sure that that correct time
zone is selected.
This seems to also be effecting my incoming and outgoing emails. Why
does this keep happening?
Thank you for any assistance that you might be able to provide.

Since Outlook doesn't have a clock, explain where you see this.
