Hi all,
I need to send a reminder to one person about a meeting arranged in
Microsoft Outlook.
An update is not appropriate, as this would resend the meeting to all
invitees (or to those added and deleted) and there is nothing new to change
about the meeting.
I think the place where the fuinction should be is 'Additional Actions' when
right clicking on the invitee, but I can't find how to add to this list,
which is currently empty.
Thanks for your help - it seems such an obvious problem that I can't imagine
they'd leave it out of functionality designs.

Hi

This sounds like a nice feature but it is not in any current version of
Outlook. When you sent out the original meeting request, did you include a
reminder? If so, it should fire on the attendee's client at the appropriate
time. Other than that, your best bet is to send out an email message as a
"reminder".
