Three months ago I upgraded my computer and outlook programs. In the old
outlook when I printed my calander it would highlight items in the calander
the same color as they appeared on the screen. With the new outlook, I can't
seem to print in color. The best I can do is a dab of color highlighting the
re occurence figures. Is there a way to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance.

I am now using Outlook 2007 (newest version). I believe the old version I
was using was Outlook 2004?

Colour in 2007 is best done by categorising. Categorise Calendar items,
then print.
BTW there was no 2004.
I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
