I have made a new appointment and when I switch view to Personal Folders, I
do not see it there for let's say on Monday. How do I set personal folders
view so I can see appointments all week long?

Your post makes no sense.  What version of Outlook?  Where are you making this appointment?  Define "personal folders."  How is this different from your default set of personal folders?

Remember, we are not mind readers nor are we looking over your shoulder watching what you are doing.  Be specific and someone can jump in and help.

After furious head scratching, Brian asked:

Thank you Milly for your reply and sorry I was not more explicit with my
question. I recently loaded Microsoft Outlook 2003.
In my earlier version, I was in the opening mode of Outlook and I would get
the folders list on the left hand side of the screen and the calendar would
be on the right side pane. When I clicked on "personal folders" I would get a
summary, by day for the next week. I then could click the view to the
calendar or click back the view to Personal Folders which would have this
summary pane by upcoming days. I hope I am a little clearer would I am trying
to ask here. Thank you.
