Does anyone know a way to display the timezone drop-down selection boxes by
default on new appointments (i.e. I want them displayed when I create a new
appointment vice clicking the timezone button in the ribbon bar).  Thanks.

AFAIK, you can't enable the time zone selectors by default without using VBA
code.  Saving a template with the TZ selector enabled doesn't work.
