You usually need access to an Exchange Server or 3rd party software.
Which version of Outlook is this? You can share, to some extent, on Office
Online with Outlook 2007.

Thank you for answering Bill.
My Outlook is 2003 version. My computer is connected with my boss computer
and he wants me to see him calendar as well as he wants to see mine. Would
version 2003 work for this kind of sharing?

I don't think so. It has been a while since I used 2003. I'd suggest a 3rd
party sharing solution.
