current day on 30 day calandar

How is the current day placed at the top of the 30 outlook calandar by
default.  Every time the 30 day calandar is opened it will show the whole
month, regardless of where the current day is.  I am interested in hvaing the
current day being on the first (top) week shown regardless if it is mid or
end month.

When you ask for a month view, Outlook obliges and gives you the complete month view.

After furious head scratching, KST asked:
