I use ActiveSync to synchronize outlook with my pocket
PC.  Several appointments and contacts are duplicated and
sometimes trippled.  How do I delete the entire contact
and calender file and start over?

Thank you,
Syd

For the calendar, display it in a table view (categories works well for
this) and then select all and press delete. Depending on the number of
entries you have, it could take a few minutes.

For contacts, again, display then in the phone book view, select all and
press delete.
