VCalendar file import problem

Hi,

I have VCalendar files (VCS) - one file with one appointment. I can import
it properly with Outlook 2000 but not 2007 - times are wrong (2 hours
shifted).
I have Windows XP with timezone set to Warsaw (GMT+1).
And some additional informations:
If I create appointment in Outlook 2007 with start time 20:00, and then
export it to VCS - in VCS file start time is saved as 18:00
(DTSTART:20070620T180000Z), and after import in Outlook it is correctly
displayed as 20:00.
So if I have 20 files in VCS format I have to change manually start and end
time in every appointment.
Thanks in advance for help.

Are you using multiple time zones?
