Change Calendar Time Zone recurring popup

I continually get a "Change Calendar Time Zone" popup. I bought my notebook
in Perth Western Australia in May 2007 with Vista 2007 Home Premuim and
Office 2007. I have now moved to the UK and I have altered my timezone and
region. This is similar to a previous thread but I do not want to add a
"DisableTimeZoneAutoPrompt" registry entry because something still thinks I
am in Perth and I would like to change everything to the UK.

Any other ideas?

Is the time zone set in Vista match the one set in Outlook (look here in
Outlook: Tools menu > Options > Calendar > Time Zone)

Yes. I set it a month ago.
