I'd like to break appart the Appointments of a recurrence series.

How do I do this ????

It happened sometimes to me. that I lost a lot of appointments because
they were Linked.

The Reccurence Option is very good, if I know, that I will have during
the next 20 Weeks every Wednesday an appointment at 14:00.

But then during the next weeks it starts.
-One Appointment doesnt take Place
-One takes place at a different Place
-one starts an Hour later
-for another one I have to be an hour earlier to prepare something.

And then.  One wrong Klick --> And all the changes are irreparable
lost because I resaved the  whole Series, instead of a single
appointment.

Since this happened several Times to me, I do no longer use the
Reccurence Option. But in this way I have to do the very Stupid work
of putting 20 or more different appointments manually. This is a
stupid work, but at least I can be sure, that they dont get suddenly
lost.

The best thing would be, to create these Appointments as a Series. And
then I can Ungroup them to single Appointments. I got the Impression,
that this is impossible in Outlook. But I hope somebody has a better
way.

You can use the Date Navigator (the small calendars in the upper right,
above the TaskPad) to copy appointments from one date to another...just
right-click an appointment in the main calendar and drag it to another date
on the Date Navigator, then choose the Copy option from the popup menu.
It's better than typing everything 20 times...
