Free/Busy Information not automatically publishing

I am trying to use the Free/Busy option to share calendars for my small
workgroup. The Free/Busy information will publish when I Send/Recieve
Free/Busy Information manually, but will not publish automatically as implied
by the option in the set up menu. Does anyone know why this wouldn't be
working?

Has there been changes made to the Calendar since Free/Busy was last
updated?
