MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / August 2007Modify "Show time as"
In the Calendar, do you know how to add new options to the Show Time AS field in the appointment window? Outlook 2003 comes with 4 options which are Free, Busy, Tentative and Out of Office. I would like if possible to add to this list so I can specify more options to define the appointments themselves and use more colour as codes. Thanks, Mark If you want to use Colour, you should be setting Categories for the Appointments. There's a lot of flexibility in Categories - you can set more than one Category for an appoitment as well. You can make views that are filtered by Category too.
