Good Day,

I have a handful of users that can't see the Tracking Tab after sending a
meeting invitation to several users. I'm not sure why that is. There's some
scenario that doesn't show the tracking tab sometimes and I would like some
assistance figuring that out. What are the rules for the tracking tab to show
up. Can anyone help?

Best Regards,

oz

Responses must be acted on by recipients and opened on the machine that is tracking.

Thanks for responding Milly Staples. I don't think I understand your last
entry; can you please clarify? I know that the meeting organizer is the one
who can view the tracking tab but that's not happening sometimes.

The recipients of the meeting requests must send back a response once they have either accepted, rejected or proposed a new time.  Only then will the meeting organizer have responses to track.  If the recipients select to not send a response, the tracking is not updated.

That makes sense but the problem is the tracking tab is missing.

Has the meeting organizer received responses?  Has the MO opened them?

Has the meeting organizer tried running Detect and Repair?  Scanpst.exe?
