Sending a meeting request for my boss

I often schedule meetings for my boss.  I would like to be able to do this
from my email with the replies coming to me, not him.  However, if I do this
in Outlook 2007, it automatically makes me the organizer, and adds the
meeting to my calendar.  Is there a way for me to do this other than from his
calendar/email (i have proxy rights)?

I searched further down in the posts for 2007, and found the following link:
http://office.microsoft.com/training/Training.aspx?AssetID=RP010329651033
That links to the training for assigning delegates, and answered my
question.  Thanks.
