how do I update the fields in an appointment from website

I would like to update and appointment that I will send out from a website
how can I update the fields before I call the appointment up to open so that
It will open with all  the fields I want filled in. I have save a VCS card
and ICS card. but how can I update them from the web page fefore I call the
card.

so you want to pull data from a web page and use it to create an
appointment? you can script an ical - it's just a text file.
