adding holidays help

I'm trying to install the holidays for 2007-2012, but i get an error that
says "the expected version of the product was not found on your system"  But
i have Outlook 2003 installed.  Please help.

Download this file: http://www.outlook-tips.net/files/OUTLOOK2012.HOL , then
double-click it.
