I downloaded and installed the Calendar Printing Assistant program from the
Microsoft site.  (At least, I did what it said and the process ended with a
message that the installation was successful.)  The instructions said to open
Outlook normally ... I have done so but I don't see anything different since
installing the Calendar Printing Assistant.  Am I missing something?
