I would like to merge several staff members calendars into one.  Even better
if the entries had the owner ID.

Any ideas?

thanks.

version of outlook?

typically, you switch to a table view and copy and paste or drag into one
calendar. the persons who created it should remain the owner.

If you have outlook 2007, you can maintain separate calendars and use the
overlay feature.
