How do I open another's cal. in a seperate window in Outlook2003?

I have access to other people's calendars on a network.  We use Outlook 2003.
Does anyone know how to open these calendars in seperate tabs?

You can right click a shared calander and open it in a new window.

I am not aware of any tab functionality in outlook.
