I want to see the recurring calendar events (birthdays & anniversaries) and
print them out by true calendar month (ie JFMAMJ etc) and day regardless of
year.  The only option I find in Outlook 2007 is by Date which sorts by yyyy,
Alpha month, then day.  Sorting by the alphabetic spelling of the month makes
no sense!!!!

I don't know if this will work and it might be a bit hard to read but you
could try filtering a monthly view to only show appts with a recurrence and
then print each month. I'm not sure if the Calendar Printing Assistant will
help - try it.
