I AM SCHEDULING NEXT YEAR APPOINTMENTS, HOW CAN I DO THIS WITHOUT CHANGING
BACK AND FORTH FROM DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME.  ALL MY APPOINTMENTS ARE OFF BY
THE HOUR IF I DON'T DO THIS.

What time zone are you in and what is your time zone setting? Do you have
daylight time enabled in Windows? if everything is properly configured,
outlook will make the appointment for the proper time.

I am in eastern time zone. Date & time Properties are check for Auto adjust
clock for savings time but unless I physically go in and take off check the
calendar reads all wrong when checking on an appointment for next April.
Thanks

What OS are you using? Do you have the time zone patches installed? If you
do, the appointment will be at the correct time for the new time zone
definitions.
