MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / August 2007CALENDAR 2003 DAY LIGHT SAVINGS TIME
I AM SCHEDULING NEXT YEAR APPOINTMENTS, HOW CAN I DO THIS WITHOUT CHANGING BACK AND FORTH FROM DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME. ALL MY APPOINTMENTS ARE OFF BY THE HOUR IF I DON'T DO THIS.  SignaturePat B. Do you have daylight time enabled in Windows? if everything is properly configured, outlook will make the appointment for the proper time. Date & time Properties are check for Auto adjust clock for savings time but unless I physically go in and take off check the calendar reads all wrong when checking on an appointment for next April. If you do, the appointment will be at the correct time for the new time zone definitions.
