In Outlook 2002 I'm able to open with the personal calendar. The personal
calendar opens in OUtlook. I have been able to get a "shared" calendar to
appear through the file/open area. The "shared" calendar now appears with the
number 1 desigination followed by the name, Clerk. If I click on it it opens
the "shared" calendar. Is there a way to get this calendar to open or at
least appear in Outlook Today or the Mailbox folders. Even if you have to
click on it to get it to appear. In other machines we have running Outlook
2003 once we open this "shared" calendar the first time it appears in under
the Calendar desigination. 2 calendars appear that can be clicked on.,
Personal and Clerk", the shared calendar. Thanks for any help you can give me.

1. no, you can't add it to outlook today.
2. no. if you want easier access, you'll need to upgrade to outlook 2003 or
2007.
