My company switched me from Microsoft mail to Lotus (after we were acquired).
We're running Lotus Notes 6.5. I want to continue using Outlook. I'm running
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1. I downloaded Microsoft
Office Outlook Connector for IBM Lotus Domino. Everything runs fine except
each time I relaunch Outlook, it downloads all my calendar entries and takes
a long time. My mail file is local, but my calendar file isn't. Is there some
setting I have missed that will keep a local copy of my calendar and just
sync the differences with the server?

I don't think you missed anything, but try the connector ibm released - it’s
a little better and may work as you like.
