Can't sync calendar between Outlook2003 and Ipaq on new Vista PC

Ever since I got my new VISTA laptop, I haven't been able to sync between
Outlook 2003 calendar and my Ipaq 2215. I have installed the Windows Mobile.
I can enter appointments on my Ipaq and they show up on the Outlook
calendar, but appointments I enter on my laptop don't show up on my Ipaq. I
have read so many "help" sites that my head is spinning, and nothing is
working. I've totally given up on how I used to be able to then sync Outlook
with my MSN calendar.

microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync is the appropriate venue for this question as synching is not a native Outlook option.
