I currently keep one main calendar but would like to break it out into at
least 4 different calendars with the ability to merge them for a consilidated
calendar on occasion.  Any suggestions?

Sorry I posted more than once, I realized I had not checked the email
notification on the first one.

I have Outlook 2003.

One way to do it is to copy the contents of all your calendar folders to a
single calendar and print that.  Outlook 2007 allows calendar overlays, so
it may be eisier in the newer version.
